Appley acquired Landmark Place in a joint venture with GE Real Estate. The property comprises circa 75,000 sq ft of offices, a Travelodge hotel and a health and fitness facility. The office element was acquired with vacant possession and subsequently sold, part let and with rental guarantees to an institutional investor at high point in the market.
