Once a thriving retail suburb, Mitcham Town Centre has steadily fallen down the retail hierarchy as competing centres such as Croydon, Wimbledon and Sutton have added to their retail offer.

In conjunction with an institutional investor Appley has set out to promote the heart of Mitcham as a major mixed use redevelopment opportunity. Hawkins Brown architects have been engaged to draw up a sustainable proposal comprising over 250,000 sq ft of residential, retail and commercial space.
