The Salisbury – Announces the Start of 50,000 sq ft of Spec Refurbishment

Work has commenced on the refurbishment of circa 50,000 sq ft of office space on the 3^rd and 4^th floors at The Salisbury. Sean Slade of Appley commented "We are offering a range of Suites from 800 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft. All space will be refurbished in The Salisbury style of raised floors, plastered ceilings, designer drop light fittings and perimeter comfort cooling. We are already under offer on two units".
