Appley, in partnership with a fund managed by Ares Management, have completed on the purchase of 45 Pall Mall in St James’s.
The asset is a prime office building of the highest quality, extending to circa 60,000 sq ft, which has been subject to significant refurbishment including new roof terrace with views towards St James Park. The building is let to tenants including James Hambro and Centiva. The purchase is being made at a time of very limited supply of quality office space in the West End.
This is the third acquisition for the partnership following the purchase of 25 Charterhouse Square and a portfolio of 21 properties around Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia’s premier food and beverage location.
CBRE and BCLP acted for the purchaser.
