An Agreement for Lease has completed with secure government department income, significantly increasing the exit potential on a Brent office site currently under construction. Appley have worked closely with the agents and the tenant to agree terms which will provide our client with much improved exit opportunities. The agreement also includes provisions and a commitment from the tenant to allow their fit-out works to begin, allowing their operation on site to open as soon as possible.
