Appley Appointed as Asset Manager by Ares Management Following Acquisition of Prime Mayfair Building

Appley today announces its appointment by an Ares Management Real Estate fund (“Ares”) as the asset manager of 10 Brook Street in Mayfair, London W1. The transaction competed at the end of June.

10 Brook Street is a prime office building comprising approximately 18,500 sq. ft. The ground and lower ground retail units are let to renowned Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake, while the upper floors provide self-contained office suites on a multi-let basis.

Situated between Hanover Square and Bond Street in one of Mayfair’s most desirable office locations, the building is close to the new Elizabeth Line station and is well positioned to benefit from the ongoing resurgence in West End demand and the forthcoming redevelopment of the former Fenwick department store directly opposite.
