Construction is well underway at Croydon, with 10,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space available from Q4 2023. Situated opposite West Croydon Station, the mixed use scheme will form a major part of the West Croydon Masterplan and create a new gateway to Croydon Town Centre.
The development will provide an attractive public square central to the new retail offering and a thriving outdoor space available to the public, opening up views across the piazza to the Grade I listed St Michael’s church. This, along with the retained façade of locally listed 6-12 Station Road, both preserves and showcases the heritage of the area.
